What is the admission charge to get into the park? We have a variety of admission rates. Click here for that information.
Does the park offer birthday party packages? There are no formal birthday party packages offered at the park. We offfer discounts for groups of 15 or more through our Group Sales department. To receive a discount, please be sure to make a reservation prior to your visit to the park. For more information about group options, click here. For less than 15 people, buy your passes online and save.
What credit cards are accepted at Seabreeze? MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted at park admission gates, Gift Shop, Surf Shop, Seabreeze Grill and at the California Cafe. American Express cards are accepted at the admission gates only. Personal checks are not accepted at the park. An ATM machine is located in the Arcade.
Are there any discounts offered? Click here to purchase your passes online and save. Be sure to check the Specials Page for other timely offers. For groups of 15 or more, discount rates are also available through our Group Sales department. You can also purchase discount passes through some local businesses and organizations including AAA offices, credit unions, and Wegmans food markets. Where do I enter my Promo Code when buying my passes on-line? If you have a Promo Code it is entered in the box provided after completing the "Billing Information" section, on the "Credit Card" information page. Your discounted price will appear at that point. Can you bring food into the park? Yes, you may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park. There are a very limited number of public picnic tables available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note: The cooking of food is not permitted in our public groves or in the parking lots. Grills are not allowed, nor are they available in the public groves. Also, no glass containers, knives, nor alcohol permitted. If you'd like to guarantee having a picnic area, you can rent your own picnic grove by booking it in advance through the park's Group Sales department.

What hotels or campgrounds are nearby? There are no hotels or campgrounds at the park, but the Rochester area offers a variety of options nearby if you're planning to stay overnight. For more information, please click here for our Lodging and Nearby Attractions section.
Are there lockers available? Two styles of rental lockers are available:coin operated (one-time access) and all-day rentals (unlimited access). Lockers are located in the waterpark. There are a limited number of lockers and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Do non-riders have to pay to come into the park? Yes, non-riders pay to enter Seabreeze. Guests ages 21 and older can purchase a Spectator Pass, which allows for entrance to the grounds only. Children two years old and younger are always admitted for free. We also offer a special deal for senior citizens: on any Monday that the park is open during the season, seniors are given a free Spectator Pass (good for grounds only, no admission to attractions).
What is the park's operating schedule? We're open from Mid-May to Mid-September. You can check out the park calendar by clicking here.
What happens if it rains? If it rains on the day of your visit, some attractions may close temporarily. No refunds are given. Rain checks are offered if the majority of rides are closed for three consecutive hours. For today's weather, click here.

Do you rent wheelchairs or strollers? No, the park does not have either of these items available to rent.

Attractions Seabreeze offers a variety of rides, waterslides, games, summertime food, live shows, an arcade and more. Carry-in Items For the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to inspect all coolers, picnic baskets, and other containers brought into the park.
Dress Code Seabreeze has a dress code designed to maintain the park's family atmosphere. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, except when in the waterpark (the shirt rule may be relaxed at management's discretion). The park does not allow unruly behavior, profanity, obscene gestures or statements, running, or clothing with inappropriate language or graphics. Seabreeze is a family-oriented park, and reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who refuses to comply with the dress code summarized above.
First Aid Located in the main office, opposite the Carousel. For emergencies, speak to any park employee for immediate assistance.
Food The Seabreeze menu offers a variety of summer time treats to enjoy. There are hot dogs, hamburgers, made-to-order sub sandwiches, fresh cut French fries, pizza, chicken and more. For snacks and dessert try our famous sugar waffles, fried dough, soft ice cream, Dippin' Dots, nachos, popcorn, or cotton candy to satisfy that hunger.

Fun and Safety Guidelines Certain attractions have restrictions based upon height and/or size as well as physical or medical conditions. Signs are posted at the entrance to each attraction that give you guidelines about restrictions and safety. Please follow these rules to ensure a safe experience for you and others. Decide before your ride-watch the ride in operation and read all restrictions before you determine whether a particular ride is really for you. Click here to see a list of height restrictions. Fund-Raising If your group is interested in selling Seabreeze passes to help raise money, contact the Group Sales Department to find out all the details.
Gift Certificates You can buy Seabreeze passes online that are the same as a gift certificate. Print them out at home and they can be used at the gate just like cash. Use of online tickets is also the fastest way to enter the park - no waiting in the cash lines.

Handicapped accessibility Most attractions and facilities are accessible. In order to go on an attraction, you must be mentally alert, able to hold on as required without any assistance, and be able to enter and exit a vehicle without any help from Seabreeze staff. Certain attractions have restrictions based upon height and/or size as well as physical or medical conditions. History Seabreeze began as a waterfront picnic park in 1879, at the end of the railroad line coming out of the city of Rochester. Mechanical rides and water attractions were added over the years, making the park what it is today. Click here for an historic time line of the park.
Jobs Every summer, hundreds of seasonal employees work at Seabreeze. People are hired for all departments, such as rides, waterpark, cashiers, food service, games, maintenance and security. Interviews for seasonal help begin in April. To receive an interview, fill out an application (available on-site, or click here to download one) and come to the park for an interview. Please contact the park office at 585-323-1900 to find out about interviewing dates and time. You must be 16 years or older to apply for a job at Seabreeze.
Line Jumping is Prohibited You must enter the line at the end. Guest are not allowed to: leave and return for any reason; hold a spot for someone else; join someone already in line; jump any fences or chains; nor cut through the line. Violations of these rules may result in your loss of ride or park privileges. Please respect others and don't line jump.
Live Shows The Seabreeze show for the 2008 season is Cirque En Vol - a high-flying, high-energy acrobatic show. Performances are Tuesday - Sunday. There are performances 7 days a week! Be sure to check the sign at the park's Center Stage for the day's line-up of show times. Click here for more details.
Lost and Found Located at the park office, opposite the Carousel. Seabreeze is not responsible for any personal belongings. Please lock your vehicle, hide your valuables in the car and always watch your things while at the park. All items found at the park are turned in to the office. If you lose an item while on a ride, we will search for the item as soon as possible, but an immediate search may not be possible. Stop by the office to report any lost items. Please leave your name and number in case your item is found after you leave the park.
Rider Responsibility Law New York State Law provides:" ...there are inherent risks in the participation in or on the amusement device. Since it is recognized that the participation in or on the device may be hazardous regardless of all feasible safety measures that can be undertaken by the device owner or operator there is a duty for the patrons to become apprised of the warnings and the risks inherent in participations in or on the amusement if the warnings are not obeyed. Prior to participating in or on such amusement device, patrons shall familiarize themselves with the posted safety warnings so that they may make an informed decision of whether to participate in or on the device notwithstanding the risks." NYS Labor Law Article 27 Sec.870e

Pets Pets are not allowed at Seabreeze. Working dogs are permitted.

Pool Grates All pools at Seabreeze are equipped with Virginia Graeme Baker Act - compliant pool grates.
Public Telephones Pay phones are located opposite the Carousel by the admission gate, in front of the waterpark bathhouse, and at the main entrance gate.
Public-Use Picnic Tables and Grilling A few tables are located between the Flume and the Lazy River, and also up by the Wave Pool. Tables are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The park cannot guarantee the availability of a picnic table on any given day. If you'd like to rent a private picnic grove to ensure your party gets a spot of your own and a grill for cooking, contact the Group Sales Department to book an exclusive all-day Picnic Grove Rental.

Re-entry You can leave the park and return the same day by having your hand stamped for re-entry. Please note that on certain days or times of day, this is subject to change.
Rental Groves If you'd like to rent a picnic grove to ensure your party gets a spot of your own, contact the Group Sales department to book an exclusive all-day Picnic Grove Rental. When you book a grove, that space will be reserved exclusively for your group. You'll have covered seating for 100 people, access to drinking water nearby, and a charcoal grill for cooking if you need one.
Rental Lockers Located in the waterpark, two types are available: coin-operated (one-time access) and all-day rentals (unlimited access). Visit the locker rentals window in front of the bathhouse for all-day rentals.
Restrooms Located between the Carousel and pizza stand; between the YoYo and the Bumper Cars; and in the center of the waterpark bathhouse.
Smoking Seabreeze is smoke-free. You may smoke only in a few designated areas, and smoking is not allowed on any attractions or in any queue lines.
