Where are my tickets?
You tickets become available to you after your transaction clears. Once that happens
your tickets should become available to you immediately as an active link on your
screen labeled: Ticket 1, Ticket 2, etc. In addition to that, and in case those links
do not appear on your screen, a back up set of tickets will be sent shortly via your
email address. Please allow 30 minutes for your tickets to be delivered to you.
Where do I enter my promo code?
You can enter your promo code in the box at the top of your final check out
page before you enter your credit card information.
I have the e-mail but I cannot open my tickets!
Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader you can get a free copy by clicking 
You must have Acrobat Reader version 4.0.
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed:
Save the attachment to your desktop. Then double click on it to open it.
If that fails, startup Adobe Acrobat Reader then open the ticket attachment.
If you still cannot open your tickets,

Please have the following information available:
1. Your Order ID Number.
2. The credit card used on the purchase.
3. The Operating System of your computer.
